WHO WE ARE

Mount Moon is a lightly timbered, dome-shaped mountain in the Scenic Rim, Queensland, Australia. Mount Moon takes its name from 'Moorm', which means 'old walkabout mountain'. It is said that when the local Aboriginal groups including the Ugarapul, were searching for food along the creeks west of Minto Crags ('Whimpullin') 'old walkabout mountain' appeared to move along with them. The mountain rises 784 metres above sea level and is part of the Teviot Range and is within the Moogerah Peaks National Park.

We are lucky enough to have our home and business on the Eastern slopes of Mt Moon and it is here that we make our natural skin products.  We use Mount Moon takes its name from 'Moorm', which means 'old walkabout mountain'.
